It is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail; you feel the good energy as soon as you enter, and the colors radiate happiness. There are two bedrooms: one with a 1.60 m double bed and another with a 1.35 m double bed, both featuring high-quality, very comfortable mattresses. The villa has a full bathroom, a living room, kitchen, and dining area in an open-plan space. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, blender, toaster, kitchen utensils, and much more.
You are 13 minutes by car from the airport, 8 minutes from the beaches of Telde, and 3 minutes from the city center of Telde, where you will find everything you need. The villa offers views of the sea and mountains. It measures 130 square meters and has a 45-square-meter terrace with a small private pool.
