This condo is a new listing and has everything to make for a memorable stay in Telluride. The convenient in-town location provides views that encompass Ingram Falls along with Ajax and Ballard mountains enjoyed through the front bay window.

Head out the back door and it's a short walk to the gondola. Out the front door head to Town Park or Main Street where shops, restaurants and entertainment are all in easy walking distance. Keep the car parked your entire stay!

The unit has a master bedroom with king size bed and private bath/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a second bathroom with tub/shower. The living area has a full size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked and adjacent to the dining area. Washer/dryer is provided nearby on premises.

Great location in town and close to lifts.

Great location in town right off Main Street and a 3 minute walk to lifts. Owner was very helpful and had great communication. Property was well equipped with everything you would need.
