This condo is one of the only true ski in ski out condos in Telluride. Located just 100 steps from the base of Chair 7 lift. The base of chair 7 turns into a beautiful open field during the summertime. The picturesque San Miguel River and river trail are just a stones throw from the front door. Town Park is a short 15 minute walk for the Summer Music festival goers.
Parking:
Comes with the reservation. Parking is in the Shandoka lot directly in front of the condo for ease of parking, a rarity in Telluride!
Parking Lot Towing in the Winter:
During the winter when it snows, they will need to plow one side of the parking lot at a time. You must move your vehicle to the other side of the parking lot or you vehicle can be towed. Please pay attention to orange cones in the parking lot letting you know its time to move to the other side.
Heated Pool/Hot Tub:
Open seasonally - closed for shoulder seasons.
Pool Closure for Winter:
- October 1st - ~May 31 (Memorial Day)
Hot Tub Planned Closures for Off Seasons:
- October 1st - Thanksgiving Day
- ~April 5th (closing day) - ~May 31 (Memorial Day)
Hot Tub/Pool Area Rules:
** Short term rental guests are required to comply with the following HOA rules or fines may be imposed to the guest:
- No glass and No smoking inside the black fence pool area ($100 fine)
- Must replace hot tub cover once finished ($100 fine)
- Lost key fob replacement $350
Ski-in / Ski-out:
Our unit is officially ski-in & ski-out when chair 7 is operating. You will be able to ski back to the condo utilizing Telluride Trail (blue run) pretty much the entire season, but also subject to T-trail being open. If chair 7 is not open, simply jump on the free town bus that stops in front of our building and ride to the gondola/chair 8.
