The properties customer service was poor, upon check in. Although there was confusion due to Expedia not providing the necessary information to the hotel, there were no efforts to problem solve. The hotel just wanted me to pay for the room twice. In addition, the hotel is ran down, there’s poorly done repairs to the property which is not esthetically pleasing, and there was a fool odor coming for the bar/dining area. The “breakfast” was limited to an omelette, pork sausage and cereal, which is beyond basic. I would NOT Recommend this location for any price over $100.

Terrible loud, broken sliding doors for bedroom and bathroom. Broken and loud air conditioning. No bedding for the uncomfortable pull out couch. We stayed in two rooms too and both were the same. Not a good place if you are looking for convenience and a quiet atmosphere for your family. Good breakfast and nice pool but the rooms need to be updated.

Had a terrible experience I was told prior to check in. I was able to take breakfast to go for my son who was at a soccer tournament early morning for the weekend then the next morning they said we were not allowed to. I asked for a box to go, so I wouldn’t have to throw the food away. Which I ended throwing away all the food that went to waste I do not recommend and will not stay in the future

Upon checking in, we were given our room keys. While walking down the hallway, we noticed there were dirty dishes on many room. When we reached our room, there was a dirty plate in front of the door which made us think we were given the wrong room. The excuse from the staff was that the house keeping team cannot pickup the plates, which I find strange.

Severely outdated and they did not keep the property clean. There were plates of food from breakfast by the elevator that had been sitting out into the evening. Complimentary breakfast the worked was VERY rude to everyone and kept complaining he was the only one on staff. This does not give the right to treat paying customers that have these complimentary amenities with such awful service. It was many ppl including myself he was rude with and many elderly people as well. Very disappointed as we love all the embassy suites we stay at. We left a day early as we were not comfortable at all.
