The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful, from the front desk, bar lounge, cleaning staff and breakfast staff too. The room was clean but the rug was very worn with stains and I was weary of sitting on the sofa because of the stains on it. Overall, I received value for the money I paid and would definitely recommend Embassy Suites Temecula. Thank you!

Shower didn’t work and neither did the microwave. It was my birthday getaway so I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to have to wait for them to fix them and I didn’t want them in my room if I wasn’t there. They should check the rooms to make sure everything is working before they rent them out

The hotel was okay. The room was clean but a little outdated. Great reception happy hour but you have to wait in line which went quick. The only issue was breakfast. I waited over 30mins plus for a homemade omelette and the food would run out quickly. I definitely think they need more servers for breakfast. Pool and Jacuzzi looked great with corn hole but I didn't use any of those amenities. Check-in is a hard 4pm. I tried to check-in at 3:15pm but no rooms available which was a little inconvenient.
