This is my favorite hotel in Temecula because it’s close to work but the hotel overall is awesome. However, on my recent stay, the room I had must have been close to AC units or something because it was running all night & kept waking me up. This was even after I turned my AC off in the room. Not a great night of sleep, but I’ll know for next time what room not to stay in or near.

Upon arrival, three staff members were clustered around the front desk chatting. They asked us to wait, which we did. After a few minutes, they began the check in process. It wasn’t a very warm welcome. The lobby smelled good, and parking was easy (an underground garage). However, the hotel charges $10 a day even though there is an empty abandoned field across the street, not exactly a shortage of real estate. Our room was average, second floor with a view of the afore mentioned field. The sliding door on the bathroom is an unfortunate feature. Ventilation is limited so keep that in mind as well. The AC gets very cold, which was a plus for me and my husband ( we like things cold!) The mini fridge was a plus as well. The bed- this was a deal breaker- it was hard as a rock, my husband could barely sleep and tossed and turned all night. It was more like a box spring than a mattress. We called for housekeeping and our room was never cleaned, which was super disappointing as we were there for our sons wedding and I had a hair and makeup professional coming to the room. So the two main things we needed our room for - a good nights sleep and a place to get ready for our son’s wedding - were a fail.

We stayed at this hotel for an event that was canceled by the resort without telling the bride and groom. There were ants all over the room and although we paid for breakfast, there wasn't much food available. We were charged $20 and only was able to get a croissant and juice because they were out of all the other hot food. I had to ask them if they could provide more.

The only thing that I didn't like was that as much as I paid for that hotel, I had to also pay for breakfast .. when most hotels especially at this pricing, they offer free breakfast... not to mention I also had to schedule for to have my breakfast ahead of time which I think is crazy !...
