My stay was fine. The room was clean and it was good for a night of sleep. My main issue was that the gym, pool and spa were all closed and I was still getting charged a resort fee of $20 a day! Why on earth would you charge a resort fee with no amenities? I would not stay again just based on that. There is way to many of the same type of resort in the area.

After dropping my wife off in the evening while I went to park the car, her room key did not work on three separate occasions, leaving her alone in the hallway. very unsafe. Even the guest services person‘s key did not open the door. Your locking system and door keys need to be updated. The bathrooms need refurbishing as they’re showing signs of age in the fixtures and tile work
