Great Hotel!

Great hotel choice! Very clean and well kept. I saw people cleaning inside and outside consistently. Breakfast, WiFi included was an awesome touch. The staff were very nice and always greeted us. Not far from everything and there are enough food places in the vicinity.

Very dirty, the smell in the rooms was horror, the sofa destroyed. The breakfast was good! We had to wait like 30 Min for the check in to be ready at 8 PM…

The thermostat did not work at all, the following day after I checked in maintenance guys came to replace the unit, took a few hours. The main guy was super nice but I was freezing all night, couldn’t sleep. They only have old time USB cable cable charge ports.

This hotel is conveniently located on jefferson street. Even though check in is quick, they dont give you a map of where your room is or how to get to it.

Couple Stay

Check in was easy. We weren't given a map of where to go nor told how to get to our room. Only was told what time free breakfasts starts an ends. There was not enough Handicap spaces. And there was more electric car charging stations then handicapped parking in the front. In the room the shower took like 5minutes to warm up.

The room was big and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I thought breakfast was more than adequate. The location and parking was convenient. What I didn’t like is that we were told that they had light housekeeping every day of our stay. We stayed there for three nights and we never had anyone come to clean up the room. We were told by two different employees on two different occasions , including a manager, that the rooms would be cleaned and they never were. It was very frustrating and disappointing. Especially when you’re told that something is going to be done about the problem and it never was done the whole time we were there. Very unhappy with this aspect of our stay.
