Das Casa Roberta ist perfekt fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern, Paare oder Gruppen von Freunden, die eine entspannte AtmosphĂ€re mit allen Annehmlichkeiten suchen. Unser Zuhause ist rollstuhlgerecht, schwulenfreundlich und wir heißen alle Altersgruppen, Ticos und AuslĂ€nder gleichermaßen willkommen.

Das Casa Roberta wurde von einem italienischen Entwickler erbaut und geschmackvoll mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die Sie fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigen.

Unser Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Leben im Innen- und Außenbereich mit einem Swimmingpool und einem angelegten Garten, ParkplĂ€tze fĂŒr 2 Autos, intelligente Fernseher in jedem Zimmer mit Kabel und Netflix, WLAN und hochmoderne Sicherheitssysteme, um Sie zu schĂŒtzen.

Das offene Wohnen mit einer großen KĂŒche und einem Unterhaltungsbereich öffnet sich zu einem Wohnbereich im Freien, der mit einem Propangrill und einem großen Esstisch ausgestattet ist.

Die große Master Suite verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein eigenes Bad, ein Kingsize-Bett und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das große 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber viel Stauraum und Schubladen sowie Doppelbetten. Ein zweites Badezimmer befindet sich zwischen ihnen und beide Badezimmer sind mit Regenduschen und einem Bidet ausgestattet.

Super set-up. Private, very clean, comfortable beds and furniture, fully equipped with quality, great long chairs by a beautiful pool and yard. We walked to the beach and restaurants to capture amazing sunsets. We definitely appreciated the TV outside to watch the Masters. Practical binder with useful information.

Wonderful stay in Potrero

Casa Roberta was a wonderful place to stay during our trip to Costa Rica. Potrero was a great hub to visit many of the beautiful beaches in the area. The property was well equipped and we especially loved the pool and the outdoor living area.

Nice property

This is a nice property, exactly as described/pictured, in an area that marries modern-comfort with local influences. Both Lis (property manager) and Dave (host) were available & responsive as needed, & we truly appreciated that. Lis provided a solution to the laundry situation, which we appreciated but did not need to utilize. The unit is well equipped & the area is easily accessible by good paved roads; no scary approaches! Should we come back to the area, I would not hesitate booking Casa Roberta

We were there for 5 weeks, loved it, nice privacy, quiet neighborhood. Everything as advertised or better. Monkeys near by in the mornings. Everything you need is on the property, we rented a golf cart for duration of our stay, was perfect to explore both directions from town. Highly recommend, book early we will be back!

Relaxing Family Beach Holiday

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week long stay at Casa Roberta over Christmas. Potrero is great - quiet but with all the amenities you’d want. The house is exactly as advertised and had everything our family needed and lots of space. We loved the outdoor area and the pool. Lis the property manager was very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to the beach or restaurants. I loved running the beach early in the morning and the kids loved playing in the waves. We had a car and loved exploring and beach hopping - especially Playa Penca! Perfect relaxing family beach holiday. We hope to be back!

Great place, kindest host

The house is all it’s cracked up to be. Great location! Lis is spectacular!!! Bad weather week before we arrived caused airport closure. Dave worked with us to extend days to accommodate late arrival (thankfully not booked week after ours). Seriously over the top kindness. Do go horseback riding with Brandy. She uses funds to rescue horses. And do take sunset cruise. We loved it so much we went twice.

Casa Roberta - Definitely was amazing!

Everything from the booking to the early check in, right up until the end, was amazing. Lis was always available to answer any questions or handle the couple little minor issues that arose with the water and the pool. I had emailed Dave prior to arriving and he was very quick to respond to me and we had back and forth correspondence for a few days, which was very much appreciated by me. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is planning on traveling to Potrero in the future.

Ready To Go Back!

The house is well situated in Potrero and I’ve already recommended to family and friends. The neighborhood is walkable and close to the “main street” in town which is small, with great restaurants. We often walked from the house to eat, shop local artists. There are great breweries and one has a self serve thrift store, 2nd floor, using Venmo for purchases. The Casa Roberta pdf provided prior to arriving was incredible and I reviewed it often. The pool is clean and well maintained. For families it will be helpful to know the house sliding door has an alert that dings when the slider is opened. This was a big deal for me, traveling with kids, and wanting a safety plan with kids around the pool. The home and pictures are exactly as listed with individual AC in bedrooms and main room. The manager was great and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend working with manager to hire in Glenda for homemade dinner. We hired Glenda and it was superb! My wish list for the house: 1. Boogie boards for kids 2. Beach umbrella 3. A notice or information on VRBO about the extra outside insurance company that I was required to pay for. After asking the owner I understood the need for this vetting process for the safety of all parties.

Perfect place for a family!

This Airbnb has everything a family needs to have a great stay in Costa Rica. After staying at a hotel for a few nights, we couldn’t wait to get here and be able to really stretch out and for everyone to have their own bedroom. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Also, we loved having our very own pool to dip in after a day at the beach - heaven! The owner and property manager Lis were both very responsive and were proactive in making sure we had everything we needed.

A perfect tropical family holiday.

Casa Roberta met all our needs and then some! The house is in a quiet, well-serviced local neighbourhood, away from most tourist traffic, and it's tastefully furnished, with all modern appliances and equipment. The pool is a real bonus, especially on very hot days, and the outdoor living spaces are airy and inviting. There are many beautiful beaches within easy access, and also plenty of grocery options and a variety of good restaurants. Our party ranged in age from 29 months to 77 years, and we could not have had a more inclusive and happy holiday. Finally, we were most impressed with the service provided by the property manager and her crew and this is certainly a property and a location that we would recommend,

Casa Roberta is a Cool Spot!

Casa Roberta was precisely as advertised. It was a wonderful stay for our family. We enjoyed the authentic experience of living in a neighborhood and felt very safe the entire time. Our goal was to find beaches and relax; this house was perfect. Communication with the property manager was easy and quick. The AC blew cold and was definitely needed. The beds were comfy, and we all slept well. The location was great - close to some beautiful beaches like Playa Penca, Conchal, and Flamingo. It’s also near other amenities like groceries, restaurants, souvenirs, etc. One thing to understand about the house is that it is located in a neighborhood. There is a mix of locals and other VRBOs. It is not a condo at a resort. The dogs next door occasionally barked, one of the neighbors worked on their motorcycle, and there was some construction in the area. It’s not unlike a typical neighborhood. We did not want to stay at a resort; we wanted to live in a home, so none of these things were a problem for us and we would absolutely stay at Casa Roberta again.
