Ty Melyn is a beautifully decorated two bedroom cottage sleeping four ( six on request from a sofa bed ) situated in the heart of Tenby less than a five minute walk to the centre of town and the many beaches. This property is one of very few in Tenby benefitting from off street parking.
You enter Ty Melyn into the light and airy open planned kitchen and living area. The modern kitchen is fully kitted out with everything needed for your stay including a washer/dryer and coffee machine. The living room has comfy seating to kick back and relax in front of the large smart TV, and sliding patio doors leading out onto the enclosed garden area with outdoor seating for four and a gas BBQ. Ty Melyn also has benefits from a downstairs toilet.
Heading upstairs you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a King sized bed and the second is a beautiful twin room with amazing views out onto Tenby's South Beach. Lovely holiday home with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Great communication with hosts. Lovely location very close to beach and easy walking distance to town. Never used the car at all great that private parking included. Great stay will definitely recommend n would book again if visiting Tenby again.

Nice little cottage, good location, good parking, most facilities available ( bar dishwasher), TV would be better if the Freeview worked as opposed to using the apps. All in all a great, comfortable stay.

Great location and parking is a bonus in Tenby. As we were charged an additional 40.00 cleaning fee would of expected that the patio doors would of been cleared of previous guests smudges and finger marks. The sofa could do with an upgrade and the TV can only be used by using the apps. Some hooks and shelving would be useful in the bathroom. Overall the accommodation is well presented but would benefit from some refinements

Perfect little Pembrokeshire pad
Ty Melyn is a cracking little property in a great location in Tenby that’s just a short walk to both South Beach and the Town Centre. It has everything you need with regards to kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels etc. Although, there was a major emergency (from my wife’s perspective) when we couldn’t find the listed hair dryer one morning following showers. We borrowed one from a kind and understanding neighbour, messaged our host and one was delivered for when we arrived back in the afternoon, so we can’t fault the communication and speed of response to the oversight. It’s clearly a newly listed property so this little omission shouldn’t distract from what a gem of a place this is. As specified, the parking on property really is an advantage to the booking. We’d 100% stay here again as it’s perfect for our family dynamic.
