Gorgeous place, the landscape and property were beautiful and well maintained. Room was very comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the staff didn’t speak English and we were often neglected by the waitress in the restaurant.

Hotel ótimo.

Já estivemos várias vezes neste hotel, a última faz 2 anos. Gostamos de tudo, atendimento, limpeza, comida ( Jantar e almoço e café da manhã) excelentes. Porém os snacks deixaram um pouco a desejar, o pao seco, poucas opções. O quarto muito confortável, limpo, cama boa. A academia achei um pouco decaída, de 4 esteiras, 2 meio estragadas e sujas. Mas no geral muito bom, recomendo.

Uma proposta de hospedagem muito bem estruturada . Tanto nos quartos , quanto nas áreas comuns tudo muito limpo , vários banheiros ao longo dos corredores e com água saborizada , água quente para chás ou mate , à disposição . Diversas salas para exposição de arte, degustação de vinhos , chocolates e atividades variadas para crianças . Os pratos quentes para almoço e jantar merecem uma variedade maior . Porém o que estiver sendo servido , é muito bem feito e saboroso .

Uma estadia ótima, tivemos um pouco de dificuldade por não falar em espanhol e não ter alguém capaz de falar português, mas conseguimos nos comunicar bem. Agradecemos imensamente a todos pela recepção calorosa e todo conforto. Em especial ao time de recreação, principalmente ao Brayan, pelo incrível atendimento e alegrias que proporcionaram com as atividades. Sempre divertidos, animados e receptivos mesmo quando não entendiam nada que falassemos.

TE ESTAS VINIENDO ABAJO ARAPEY THERMAL.

En principio quisieron culpar a Booking que tenian valores equivocados y nos quisieron cobrar el 2ble. La cena es hasta las 23 pero 22,40 no tenes mas cubiertos ni vasos y te dicen "lo que pasa es que a las 23 pasa el colectivo". NO SE PUEDE CREER. MAS DE 400 DOLARES Y TE DICEN QUE TIENEN QUE TOMAR EL COLECTIVO. El empleado de la cocina se llamaba Rafael y me dijo "no es mi problema que usted no tenga cubiertos, yo a las 23 tengo que estar en el colectivo".

Mais uma vez, alguns dias no ARAPEY THERMAL RESORT & SPA Parabéns por conseguir manter o atendimento que realmente está diferenciado, embora tenhamos todos que conviver com o Sr. Covid !!!! Nesta oportunidade mencionamos algumas das pessoas com as quais tivemos a felicidade de conversar e manter agradáveis momentos. O Piscinero Álvaro, elogiável pela necessária firmeza nas suas atitudes, o que lhe é natural, conseguindo manter as regras de convívio, as quais muitos hóspedes insistem em ignorar. No Snack Bar, com variedade de sucos e alcoólicos, preparando o que se possa imaginar, encontramos novamente o Stewart e agora o Juan, junto com as dedicadas meninas Augustina e Lucia Godoy. Esta última incansável pelas suas permanentes voltas nas piscinas, anotando e imediatamente retornando com o solicitado. No Restaurante, destaque para o CHEF Pablo e seus colaboradores. Mencionamos o garçom Jonathan e o Esteban Pereira preparando as massas, mas todos em um elogiável trabalho de equipe. Variedade de alimentação disponível. Ponto Alto desse Para quem se faça acompanhar de ‘crianças’, um maravilhoso mundo à parte, o que não é nosso caso. Precisa também ser mencionado o excelente custo/benefício. RECOMENDAMOS.
