The villa and all the furnishings are totally new. The strengths are the garden with lawn and the swimming pool.
Comfortable outdoor shower with hot water, outdoor kitchen and functional barbecue for unforgettable outdoor lunches and dinners, large covered terrace with wooden beams.
Inside the villa develops on two levels. On the ground floor there is the living room with double sofa bed, 42 '' TV, the brand new equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, 4 burners, oven, Refrigerator), a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom and another bathroom with shower, access to the terrace.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and free unlimited wifi.
