★ Booking Eligibility Policy:
Please note: Profiles with an average review rating below 4 stars are not eligible for instant booking at our property. If such a reservation is confirmed through the system, it may be subject to cancellation. For guests with newly created profiles and no prior reviews, booking requests will be manually reviewed and may require additional screening and questions before approval.

1. A rental agreement will be sent after a confirmed booking. Guests are required to sign this agreement in order to receive access to the property.
2. For guests with no reviews, negative reviews, or unverified profiles, a refundable damage deposit of $300 USD is required. This deposit must be paid prior check-in and will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or other issues with the property following your stay.
★ Pet Policy –
✔︎ ✔︎ We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets! The $300 pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge that helps cover the extra cleaning, wear-and-tear, and maintenance associated with hosting pets.

★ Pet Waste Policy
✔︎✔︎ Outdoor Relief Only – Pets must relieve themselves outdoors. Indoor accidents, including the use of potty pads, are not allowed.
✔︎✔︎ Clean Up After Your Pet – Guests must promptly pick up and dispose of all pet waste.
✔︎✔︎ Indoor Accidents – Any indoor urination or defecation is a violation of house rules and will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

★ Additional Guest Fee: A fee of $20 per person, per night will be charged for guests exceeding 4 people.
★ Security Cameras: Please note that there are exterior security cameras positioned to monitor the front, back, and side yard areas, as well as the doorbell. These cameras are for the safety and protection of the owner’s property and are capable of recording when motion is detected.
★ Bug Spray Recommendation: During the summer months, if you are sensitive to mosquitoes, we recommend bringing your own bug spray. Although we have pest control services, mosquitoes may still be present depending on the season.
★ Toilet Paper & Plumbing: For the safety of our plumbing system, please only flush toilet paper. Flushable wipes, feminine products, and diapers should never be flushed. Please dispose of these items in the trash. In the event of a clog caused by improper flushing, a fee of $300 to $1000 will be charged to cover repair costs.
