As always the staff was friendly and welcoming and the food at the restaurant was wonderful. The room was clean, but in need of a fresh coat of paint and some general sprucing up. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.

The bed was of very poor quality- when my husband would turn over the whole bed would shake like jello. The smoke alarm chirped 3x off and on approximately every 3 minutes starting at 4 am. When my husband called the front desk at 5 they offered us a different room! No way in hades did I want to pack up all our stuff and move to another room until checkout time. They offered to pay for our breakfast to ‘comp’ us and nothing else . Room 253, which was the higher end ones with vaulted ceilings. Thought it might be nice. Not even close. Staff people were all sweet.

Welcoming staff with great customer service. We were able to check in early too. Basket for pups & plenty of area to walk them.While hotel is older it was immaculate & well maintained. Tiny bit noisy but due to trains in areas Definitely would stay again.
