They say they want to be the Beverly Hills of Mumbai :-) (their own words) but class comes from understatement not overwhelm. All in all good hotel that wants too much. Smells are just too much! "

Das Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam – man musste sich kaum bemerkbar machen, und schon wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Besonders beeindruckend war die Flexibilität: Selbst wer kein würziges Essen bevorzugt, bekommt hier alles individuell angepasst. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, das Frühstück vielfältig und köstlich, mit einer großen Auswahl an Eierspeisen und frischen Spezialitäten. Auch die Fitnessmöglichkeiten und das Spa ließen keine Wünsche offen – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der Stadt. Der Hair Salon war ebenfalls hervorragend und rundete das Verwöhnprogramm perfekt ab. Insgesamt eine traumhafte Erfahrung – Luxus, Service und Wohlbefinden auf höchstem Niveau. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt. "

"It's an iconic property with well maintained facilities at a really good location. But what makes that place special, is the the service you get from the people there. Especially the team at Mexican room. Every single one of them are eager to do something for you. Have to especially mention Shubham, he would go out of his way to help us out.
