This was our second rental of 491 Ambrosia. We really like this house. It is clean, has everything we need, and is close to the recreation centers we visit. There are two issues, not problems, that I will mention. The hair dryer in the bathroom connected to the master bedroom was not used because the on-off switch is plstic and part of that plastic switch is broken off. We could see what looked like electric wiring and did not want to turn the switch on. About once every three hours we could hear water filling the toilet tank. This is an issue I have dealt with at home. The flapper that is raised by the flush lever does not seal quite correctly and water slowly leaks out of the tank into the toilet. Once enough water leaks out, the inlet valve opens and allows the tank to refill. As long as the leak is very slow, this is an issue, not a problem, but it is wasting some water. Because you may not be aware of the issue, I wanted to bring it to your attention. Thankyou for renting such a wonderful home to us.
