We were greeted upon our arrival by Audry. She was always smiling whenever we saw her. She was always asking if everything was OK or if there was anything she could do to make our stay more enjoyable. She gave awesome recommendations for places to eat in the area & where to find things. She even remembered our names the following day! She is an amazing asset to the Adirondack Lodge! :) We'd go back in a heartbeat!

Our room was not very clean. The sheets were stained, there was hair in the bed, cob webs everywhere, the room was always hot and we couldn’t turn on the ac because the filter and unit were covered in dust and dirt, the windows were broken, felt like there were holes in the floor, the sink and the tub was dripping water, and the carpet was dirty.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable; room was decorated with Adirondack cabin theme very cute!! Staff was friendly. A good place to stay in Old Forge. Had a fridge, but no breakfast offered.

The staff is friendly and outgoing. The problem are the rooms and pool area. The rooms are old and shabby looking. Wallpaper is peeling and paint needs to be freshened up. The pool area is dark and unattractive and the plant garden has many dead plants.

For an economical hotel, it was well maintained and clean. Bathroom and shower areas were okay but in need of updating. heating system worked good, a good value for the money. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful to our questions.

The room and facility was very clean and comfortable. Located across the street from the golf course I played at. Very convenient to drive to town and local attractions. Safe surroundings.

Room booked with a 6 year old who was not allowed because of a larger tub in the room, and we were downgraded rooms by the front office with no alternative other than losing the entire booking fee and finding another place. No compensation for more than $100 upgrade between the given room vs the booked room. Staff offered no other options. The place was largely vacant so it's not an issue of availability. Also the window was not able to lock and the screen was falling out and not secured at all and being on the first floor was more of a hazard than an unfilled bathtub.

Gorgeous location. Close to all kinds of restaurants and gift shops. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We got a balcony and it was so nice sitting outside watching the fall leaves! The pool was warm and the pool enclosure was so tranquil with the little sitting area and garden Highly recommend!
