Manque une climatisation eu égard aux très fortes chaleurs cet été. Les ventilateurs sont insuffisants. Revoir l'électricité. Elle n est plus aux normes actuelles en matière de location. Présence de multiprises, à proscrire en matière de location. Emplacement garage limité. Vous ne pouvez pas rentrer totalement votre véhicule si vous avez un SUV.

Des vacances etouffantes

Je n'ai pas pour habitude de faire des remarques négatives sur un logement, c est même la première fois. Mais le fait que la propriétaire soit totalement malhonnête, justifie ce commentaire : il était indiqué sur l annonce que l'appartement était climatisé, ce qui n est pas le cas du tout ! Vous trouverez 2 ventilateurs et un rafraisseur (qu'il faut remplir de glaçons à longueur de temps) qui ne font malheureusement pas le job surtout lorsqu'il fait 35° en extérieur et que l'appartement est situé plein sud au dernier étage. Bilan, il fait plus chaud dans le studio qu en extérieur.Passer la nuit sur la mezzanine est inimaginable ! Le pire les échanges avec la propriétaire qui nie avoir fait une erreur sur l'annonce, malgré les remarques de l' agence, qui remet les clés sur place, qui est bien au courant du problème. C' est scandaleux surtout lorsque qu on essaie de régler le problème à l amiable.

Petit logement bien situé

Le logement est très bien situé. La vue est magnifique des 2 côtés du logement. Celui-ci est fonctionnel et ne manque de rien. La mezzanine peut dépanner pour 1 nuit (pour des enfants de très petite taille) cependant, la petite hauteur sous plafond et la chaleur du sud ne font pas bon ménage! Un seul bémol: le ménage n'était pas correctement réalisé lors de notre arrivée...La salle de bain ( baignoire, lavabo et tiroir) était remplie de cheveux et le sol n'était pas propre.Dommage...Sinon, c'était très bien!

Appartement convenant à 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) maximum. L’équipement laisse à désirer notamment l’installation électrique, la douche qui n’en est pas une ainsi que la climatisation qui n’est qu’un ventilateur amélioré. Peu de rangement. Points positifs : 2 terrasses : une au nord à l’arrière et une au sud vue sur mer mais impraticable car trop chaude, le store banne ne donne aucune ombre.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos deux enfants dans cet appartement. Il est très fonctionnel et surtout la vue est magnifique ! On ne s'en lasse pas. La piscine est également très agréable et la plage de miramar qui n'est pas très loin est très jolie. L'hôte s'est montrée à notre écoute . Je recommande cette location !

Chouette petit appartement

Nous connaissons la résidence depuis quelques années mais chaque années nous aimons changer d’appartement pour trouver celui qui nous convient le mieux. Cette appartement est très bien équipée, bien située et suffisant pour 4adultes. Mais dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation mais heureusement il y a des ventilateurs pour les nuits, je trouve qu’il faudrait revoir la salle de bain qui est plus très fraîche à mon goût et nous avons rencontrés un petit problème avec le frigo qui ne refroidissait pas beaucoup (nous avons dû jeter pas mal d’aliments) mais nous l’avons signalé à l’agence le jour de notre départ. Sinon, nous avons passés un agréable séjour!
