Itâs simple and efficient. Plenty of beds for our visit to the Wyoming Dinosaur Center. We didnât venture out back, but there was a fire pit and chairs. The place was a comfortable place to stay.
Great place. Itâs an older home so itâs not perfect but was perfect for us. We wanted to hang and the firer pit was perfect. Yard was large enough for our 2 dogs. Beds were absolutely comfy. This was a great place to stay as a base for our adventures in WY.
The house was clean and close to everything. The backyard was huge and our dog loved it. The kitchen is small but manageable. We would definitely stay here again!
Our stay at Little House on the BigHorn was great! The beds were comfy, great space for the dog, kitchen had everything we needed. We were there for the 4th of July and the town was nice and quiet but the city had a nice display of fireworks on the hill. The neighbors were quiet and one was helpful.
Great space, had everything. Yard a bit ruff, stairs very steep in the middle of the night.
Kitchen is small but filling stocked. Hand clap for the cleaners, beds nice, cute and warm!
This was a great place to stay for my family. The home felt cozy but was plenty of space for us to all spread out. It was situated perfectly near everything. The home had everything we needed to cook meals, relax, and veg comfortably. The host, Tatum, was always super prompt and friendly getting back to me with answers to all of my questions.
The town IS pretty small and I would just encourage guests to pay attention to times that various things are open. Coming from a big city, we don't often think of things being closed on Monday or Tuesday, or shutting down for the day by 4pm ... so be aware of that. It was a welcome change of pace with plenty to keep us occupied.
The property met our needs but was nothing great. The back yard was large, furniture comfortable but in need of TLC. The house was clean but we really missed having a second bathroom or half bath.
New owners of this property have done a nice job transforming an older home. House was comfortable and was centrally located in Thermopolis in a residential area. Check In was easy and the owners were very responsive. No real issues with the home. The four of us on a fishing trip were very comfortable. People considering renting should be aware that it only has one bathroom. This might be a concern with some parties. We were impressed with the cleanliness and remodel of the house. We would stay there again when we travel to the area. House has a lot of outdoor space. The owners intend to renovate the outdoor space. This will enhance the enjoyment of the property.
Overall we had a great stay and the house was in the perfect location. On on second day, we were woken up by a bobcat in the back yard leveling out the property. We were unable to use the outdoor area because the entire backyard was dirt and rock. This was also the only vbro that we have stayed at that didn't have shampoo in the shower, only one garbage bag, only a half roll of papertowels, no sponge and no detergent pods for the washing machine. We traveled from Chicago via plane so we had to go to the store to purchase all of these items.
This house is so cute and relaxing. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Every bed was comfy and the fact that there was more than enough warm bedding for all seven of us was phenomenal. These hosts obviously know what they doing for the hospitality. The backyard is fully fenced so the three kids could be out there with no worries. The bathroom was cute!!! The bathtub was just right for soaking and the water temp was perfect. My favorite part though was the FULLY stocked kitchen! We made dinner and breakfast every night and never needed anything. They even had an array of spices. Never had that before at a rental so it was quite a nice treat. We come to Thermopolis atleast once a year and plan on staying here again every year. Tatum and family really out did theirselves with this property and we loved it.
