The check in - time is the same to all the Hotels 14:00, we would be glad to send you to the room earlier but unfortunately we were fully booked and it needs time to prepare the rooms after the check out (check out time 12:00). Due to the limited availability during the high demand period, we didn't have an opportunity to offer to you another room of the category you reserved, upon your arrival.
