Το διαμέρισμα είναι καινούργιο, άνετο και φωτεινό. Εχει εύκολη πρόσβαση από την εθνική οδό. Το μπάνιο είναι μάλλον μικρό. Διαθέτει υπόγειο κλειστό χώρο στάθμευσης. Απαιτείται χρήση μεταφορικού μέσου (ΙΧ, ταξί) για πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης.
