The check in process was great, over all staff very friendly, no complaints in that area. My issue is the restroomservice, the commode did not flush properly, in which we informed them of the issue, plunger provided, to no avail to correct the issue. Informed them upon check out, was given a 30 dollar credit

We booked it as a pay at the hotel, but they charged the card we booked with. We are on a Make-A-Wish trip and we can’t book hotels with the card they gave us to hold a room, but we can pay for the room with that card. Unfortunately we had to use a personal credit card to reserve the booking and they charged it at the hotel. I tried to explain, but the guy didn’t understand what I was telling him and wouldn’t fix the issue. He wouldn’t listen to me because he was preoccupied by a basketball game he was trying to watch.

I chose this property because of it's 9.0 customer rating on Expedia, non smoking, no pets. We arrived to dead bugs and some trash in/under pull out sofa. Which we wanted to use but did not. There was a dog barking somewhere on our floor. Disappointed so far.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was so friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Room was nice and clean. Some spaces in hotel felt like they needed a good cleaning. Like the lobby and main hallway floors on first floor. We’d stay again though.
