Maison neuve de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec porche, balançoire et sentiers de VTT, roulez depuis la porte d'entrĂ©e. JUSTE 36 MINUTES AU NORD DE MOAB SUR LA I-70. Profitez du calme et de la tranquillitĂ© du pays. À seulement 30 minutes du centre-ville de Moab. Tous les 10 de notre maison de location sont classĂ©s 5 Ă©toiles avec environ 200 avis. Nos unitĂ©s de 2 et 3 chambres sont environ la moitiĂ© du prix d'une chambre de motel Ă  Moab. La paix et la tranquillitĂ© ne sont pas pour tout le monde. Environ la moitiĂ© de la population aime la pollution de l'air et la circulation de pare-chocs Ă  pare-chocs. Nous faisons appel Ă  l'autre moitiĂ© de la population qui part en vacances pour se dĂ©tendre. Nous ne sommes pas prĂšs de Wal-Mart ou de clubs et bars. TrÚs beau mobile home ou rien ne manque en terme d'équipements situé à quelques 30 minutes de Moab dans un endroit trÚs insolite.

Loin des prix exhorbitants de Moab nous avons choisi cette maison pour 3 nuits, et ce fut une super expérience : 3 chambres, toute équipée, barbecue, balançoire, vue dégagée pour voir les étoiles et finalement à 35 minutes de tout, juste génial ! We will be back !

Other than slow internet (and unsecured), this was a wonderful place to stay. It's not super close to the National Parks, but worth the extra driving for extra space at a reduced cost (compared to Moab)Place was clean and as advertised.

We stay here every time we visit the Moab area. Its out of the way but not too far to load up and hit the trails. Always clean and easy to check in and out. Well stocked. I like the different options in size for the houses to accommodate different group numbers.

Great place for our family of six. Loved that there were two bathrooms. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was also very quiet and peaceful away from the crowds at Moab and the price was so much more affordable than trying to get two rooms for our family in the Moab area. The place is conveniently located close to Arches and Canyonland National Parks. Great place to wind down and relax after full days exploring the parks. Would definitely stay here again!

Power outage

The house was great, very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Not too far from Moab. Easy to find. We had no communication with property manager.The only problem: when the power was out we needed to call the emergency phone to find out what was going on. Nobody answered that phone. Nobody that I talked to had any luck with that phone number either. Luckily we had lots of extra blankets in our little trailer. Otherwise we would have spent a very cold night. We found out later that the power was out for a large area (including Moab).

Comfortable stay outside of the hustle and bustle

Nice, spacious, clean property with plenty of space for our group to hang out and cook. It was in a very quiet place, about 30 minutes outside of the hustle and bustle of Moab. Check in/out was simple. There are no restaurants nearby so it was great that there was plenty of space for preparing food and cooking. The beds were a little firm for my taste but it was so great to have 3 bedrooms and use of a washer and dryer. All and all a great stay!

This was our first of two stays here. The place was easy to find and checkin after a long day of driving! Plenty of parking and space inside for all 5 of us! The water pressure in the shower was amazing!

Quiet and convenient

We stayed here 2 Fridays in a row. No complaints or issues other than we couldn’t get the house to cool enough the second night. Other than that it had plenty of space, was clean and comfortable. Easily accessible off the interstate.

Clean and Comfortable Waypoint!

First off...the place is very clean and nice. Not fancy, but enough room for the 5 of us to spread out and relax. We had everything we needed. We stopped here on our way to Arches from Bryce and didn't want to be stuck in a hotel in Moab. Driving time is more like 40 minutes to Moab. And there is a train that comes through frequently that we weren't expecting. But that's the only concerns I have. Clean and comfy is the most important thing. (Wifi was spotty, we didn't really use the TV and when we tried to stream something it went to a random tv.) Had fun exploring Sego and seeing the old cemetery and petroglyphs.

Clean and Comfortable

My family of 5 stayed at Movie House for 2 nights while we were visiting National Parks. It was roomy enough for everyone and had everything we needed. The grill and patio were great! A quick note for anyone who is extra sensitive to scents: the cleaning products used (we think for the floor) have a strong scent. My husband is very sensitive to smells and had to sit outside for a short time while we aired the house out. He was fine after that and we enjoyed our stay!

I really liked it.

It's just a huge house. The living room is themed after Western movies. And it was great! Moreover, excellent beds, a large table in the dining room and everything you need in the kitchen. Absolutely luxury washing and drying machines. I recommend it to everyone, you won’t regret it!!!
