Where do i start? ADA requested room was not ADA compliant- no hand bars in bathroom, no seat, no lowered bathtub or walk in shower. No cups for coffee, no coffee in room (but there was a coffee pot). The shower water vacilated between scalding hot and ice cold. And for their breakfast, out of coffee, no protein except hard boiled eggs. Overall, awful. One good thing...the bed was comfortable.

Gateway to Sequoia

Convenient to Sequoia NP; nice clean room, able to drive to nearby restaurant. Liked the setting outside the room for a relaxing area.

The property does NOT have a river view. Staff barely speaks English. Property is on the main highway traffic is loud. Shower smelled of sewage. Air conditioner is noisy and doesn't work well.

-Most importantly, the mattress was quite bad. Hard and springy, and sloping down on the sides. -We paid for a queen sized bed but they gave us a full-sized bed, which is 6 inches less wide -Found several bugs in the bathroom -Continental breakfast left something to be desired... they did have a waffle machine, but they didn't seem to replenish anything, so 60 minutes into the 90-minute breakfast period, there was little left besides coffee, bread slices and apples -When we first turned on the heater it smelled like burning hair -Never got our TV to work. It was stuck on the menu page even after pressing every button possible. We asked staff from the office to fix it or replace the remote. Took them a long time to show up, then they took a long time to "fix" it using their own remote control, but didn't replace our remote so when we turned the TV back on, it was stuck on the menu page again, so we gave up. Sequoia National Park is beautiful, and this location and price were reasonable, but we'll definitely be staying somewhere else next time.

Adorable mountain lodge. Our room was very quiet and safe. Room was clean and offered a fireplace and a private patio with a view. Lots of beautiful trees on property and very close to the park and restaurants.

I don't think areas in the bathroom or the bathroom window had been cleaned in years. The floor was not clean. The bedding was dirty. The TV was tiny. The fridge unbalanced and nearly tipped over when attempting to open it.

Not bad for our family trip

An older place but great value for cost. We had included breakfast every morning and access to the outdoor pool, which was a fun family activity! It was one of our home bases for our Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Park trip with a toddler.
