Belles vacances dans ce complexe accuuillant avec un personnel très serviable ! Merci à eux !

Nous avons demandé de changer d'endroit qui était mal placé à notre arrivée et nous avons été satisfaits le lendemain par la personne de la réception, cela sans problème! Merci car ce fut un cadeau de se retrouver sur une terrasse ensoleillée! Je pense que nous reviendrons dans cet endroit qui nous a beaucoup plu, tant au niveau personnel que situation très proche de la mer! De plus, le complexe est calme et nous avons pu dormir sans aucun problème. Au plaisir de vous revoir !!!!

bon rapport qualite prix

Appartement propre à notre arrivée. Manque de quelques ustensiles au niveau de la cuisine. Le personnel de propreté est très efficace. Pour nous pas de resto et pas de piscine (trop froid)

Entspannter Urlaub zu zweit

Älteres, sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, an ruhiger Lage. Das Appartement war sauber und die Küche gut/zweckmässig eingerichtet. In Gehdistanz hat es mehrere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten das Mietautor konnten wir direkt vor unserem Zimmer abstellen. Gratis-WLAN gibt es bei der Reception. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr höflich und hilfsbereit - für ein Lächeln gab es immer ein nettes Lächeln zurück...

Cheap break away

The hotel was what we expected as we hadn't paid much for it. Overall room was clean and very spacious and the beds were comfortable enough to sleep. Staff were helpful with getting taxis etc. The location is close to the beach and is either or 20 minute walk or a short taxi ride away form the main restaurants/shops in PDC. If you want a cheap getaway, I would recommend Costa Mar.

Christmas getaway

Lovely area. Staff. Clean. Beds dreadfully uncomfortable. Pool unheated so we all disappointed not being able to swim. Kitchen very poorly equipped. But fab place perfect location. Beds badly need replacing.

Schöne ruhige Strandlage

Wir waren Anfang September in dem Hotel. Alter: 27 Jahre. Die Lage ist Super, direkt am Strand. Keine 3 min aus dem Hotel raus und über einen kleinen platz gelaufen ist auch schon direkt der sehr grosse und weitläufige Strand. Dazwischen liegen ein Spar, in dem klasse einkaufen kann, und ein paar Restaurants (Hatten keine Verpflegung dazu gebucht, daher sehr wichtig für uns) Ca. 5-10 min an der schön hergerichteten Promenade entlang gelaufen ist man direkt im Zentrum. Wir waren froh das unser Hotel nicht direkt dort war, und wir mittags unsere Ruhe hatten und Abends wenn wir Lust hatten in die Einkaufsstraße gehen konnten, da es dort schon sehr voll ist und viel Trubel. Viele Restaurants, Bars und Läden.. Das Hotel ist schön aufgebaut, wir hatten große Zimmer mit einem Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Die Möblierung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem soweit sauber und nett her gerichtet. Dafür gab es einen Flat Screen als tv. Das Personal war nett und die Rezeption jeder Zeit besetzt. So das es immer einen Ansprechpartner gab. Alles in allem würde ich wieder dorthin reisen wenn ich nochmal an Puerto del Carmen fliegen würde.

Sehr schöne Anlage

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr schöne Anlage, einzelne verschachtelt angelegte Häuser. Ohne Verkehrslärm und trotzdem Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe und Zentrum zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausstattung ok, sollte wieder einmal saniert werden, ist aber alles funktionstüchtig.

ruhige, grosszügige Appartemente

Wir waren schon mehrere Male in diesem Hotel. Die Appartementes sind sehr geräumig, schlicht eingerichtet. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage beim Poccillos Sandstrand, welcher allerdings sehr windig ist. Leider gibts da auch keine Liegestühle zum mieten. Hier wären die nordischen Strandkörbe ideal. Das Meer war traumhaft. Dank dem sehr breiten Geh- und Radweg durchgehend von Puerto del Carmen bis Arrecife ideal für bewegungsfreudige Personen.

clean and basic with good location and friendly helpful staff

Overall good holiday experience we were disappointed that the pool was out of service and that there were no beds available on the beach.
