The apartment "Projekt MUli" is located in a manageable and well-maintained complex, just a stone's throw from the beach and still very quiet! It was completely gutted in 2010, redesigned and offers you the purest comfort according to German standards.
Nothing will be missing here. The highlight is the free internet via WiFi!
In addition, the view of the Atlantic to Fuerteventura, which will make it difficult for you to leave it at all. But the redesigned beach road and the beaches on your doorstep will eventually lure you.

Comminication with the property owner was 5. Check in was good. Directions given by the property owner was good, but providing a picture of the correct arrival gate would assist for future bookings. Property was clean, comfortable, welcoming and felt like home. All amenities were provided and well stocked. Beds were super comfortable.Balcony was a real treat. Lovely views of the pool area and the sea in the distance. Sunrise every morning with the added addition of feathered friends.The only real issue was the hot water in the shower. It didn't stay hot for very long. So quick showers it had to be. But that aside......I would stay here again in a heart beat. It is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. The only constuctive advice would be to consider creating a "user" manual for appliances and tv. We didn't struggle, but some people may (if they're not too technical).

Manfred was an excellent host and responded very quickly to any questions. He was extremely helpful in ensuring we were able to access the property ok due to our late arrival caused by a flight delay, which was much appreciated.The apartment is in a very good location with lovely views from the balcony out to sea., short walk to supermarkets, beach,and also the strip with its bars and restaurants. Although close to the strip, the apartment was very quiet and we certainly were not disturbed by any noise.The apartment was spotless and comfortable and has everything you need for a good holiday.

Superb Apartment

This apartment is a very comfortable pristine property with a lovely balcony and only 4 minute walk to the beach and shops. We had a brilliant week and enjoyed every minute. Our host Manfred was most helpful.

Fantastic location

Ideal position, near front. Property is on third floor so need to be able to climb steps. Although been modernised the apartment was tired but it still met our needs.

Perfect!

Excellent apartment with absolutely everything you could want available in the apartment. Had an issue with the internet connection not working for the first week but management came out within a couple of days to try to remedy it. Unfortunately it was beyond their control and not the equipment in the apartment but a provider issue. Lovely views from the balcony and a perfect and quiet location just a couple of minutes to the strip. Wouldn’t hesitate to book the apartment again if available for our dates and would definitely recommend.

Great Location

Property nice and clean, in a very good location near the main strip. Appartment has plenty of kitchen essentials, with a good washing machine and dishwasher. Big wardrobe in bedroom with a safe, and lots of hangers. Comfy bed and nice bedding. Good size balcony with a nice view of the sea. Swimming pool clean, plenty of sunbeds around, With a lifeguard to watch for those reserving sunbeds and leaving for long periods. We had a nice holiday here and would come back

Good view, good amenities, a well presented apartment

Lovely views and even got one of the parakeets on our balconly. The apparent has everything you need, a comfy sofa and the blue tooth speaker was very useful. Good kitchen

Beautiful complex

Location of this complex couldn’t get any better, 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment itself is well equipped, only downfall is there is no freezer which isn’t a big deal. Overall stay was amazing, the pool was cleaned every morning, and there was always sun beds available. Would 100% stay here again!

Great views ina relatively quiet complex

Stayed here in March for 1 week. I would have given 4 stars except for a few things which I’ll cover just now. There’s no freezer or microwave oven in the apartment so if you rely on self catering for yourself this limits some of your options. The tv didn’t connect to any channels and there were no instructions in English. I got a message from the owner which outlined what you needed to do to get it to work however that still didn’t resolve the problem so no tv for a week (not a huge issue but might cause others a bigger problem). We also had to ask a neighbour to turn down their music which was blaring out after 10pm at night. There are also no English instructions on how to operate the blootooth speaker. That said the apartment was spotless and has great views over the pool and nearby sea and is only minutes from the Strand. The balcony got the sun most of the day until about 5pm. Generally the rooms were quiet at night although you could hear some road noise in the early hours. The shower room is adequate but does not have a bath if you were looking for one. A safe is provided free of charge which is good. Plenty of bars, supermarkets and shops nearby. Overall a very nice apartment which might get a bit noisier once the adjacent complex gets busier in the main holiday season.

Great base in Puerto Del Carmen

The location of the apartment is fantastic, 100 metres from the main strip and a short walk to the beach. The apartment complex has good facilities and plenty of sun beds. The pool wasn’t heated and, as there was a strong breeze throughout the first 2 days, no holidaymakers ventured in the water. The pool bar and restaurant were great for our needs and the staff friendly. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and clean with a modern look, plenty of facilities in the kitchen, the only downside being no freezer. The beds were comfortable and the shower room was excellent. We couldn’t find any English channels on the TV and satellite box but this didn’t detract too much as the weather was nice and we were out. The balcony was small but again, met our needs and we did spend some time out there reading. It has a nice sea view. Holidaymakers in the complex have the infuriating custom of placing towels on beds to “reserve” them - luckily, with it being early in the season, there were enough sun beds but I’m surprised the complex allows this to take place. The apartment is on the top floor, up 2 flights of stairs so may not be suitable for travelers with mobility issues. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend both this apartment and the complex. We are contemplating a return in 2020.

Great location, lovely apartment.

Great little apartment, well furnished and kitted out. No freezer which was only drawback for ice but otherwise every other mod con, washing machine, dishwasher etc & good Wi-fi. Plenty of sun loungers but we found we had to put our towels out by 7am to get two together. (It’s a shame people feel the need to reserve them & don’t actually sit on them until later in the day!) To get to the shops, restaurants & bars just through reception and down some steps and you’re right there. Location couldn’t have been better! If you have a hire car be prepared to park a street or two away, parking is busy.

What a lovely apartment!

Just back from 16 nights in the apartment and it was fantastic! There is a really high standard throughout and little touches that make it really special. The view from the balcony is great and boy is it a sun trap! Visits daily from parrots n doves added a something. Kitchen has everything you need, I did miss a little freezer (ice cubes for the gin) but that's really minor. Good amount of storage in bedroom and bathroom. We had an issue with the boiler but with the benefit of technology and the free WiFi I'd contacted Manfred, and in less than 24 hrs the boiler was fixed. Things happen but it's how quickly they are fixed is the test. If I had one little ask would be a couple extra English TV channels. There was sky news and I wasn't there to watch TV but sometimes it kills a little time and you can head out later. But again really minor. Finally the complex really clean, bar/snacks fairly priced and it's in a great location. If we're back to lanza, I'll be searching this place as a first stop

we stayed for 10 days in july 2018 . this apartment was spotless, well equipped, the view from the balcony was stunning , all contact with owner was so straight forward. even allowing us to stay on in the apartment as we had a late flight . i would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was presented as I expected

We found the apartment exactly as it was advertised. In future we would look for an apartment with English channels on the TV, a double bed, a larger balcony and a heated pool. The loss of a 5 star rating was due to the lack of a change of bedding over our fortnights stay and also the lack of English instructions for the tv and wifi. The wifi was very good once I'd worked out what the password was( i was actually trying to type in the German for ' all letters are in capitals' ). The position was ideal for access to all amenities.

Lanzarote love 😍

Nette Wohnung, ruhig gelegen und mit Sittich-Besuch. Der Balkon ist zwar lang, könnte aber mehr Breite haben. Die Balkonstühle sind etwas wackelig, haben aber durchgehalten. Die Ausstattung ist mit ausreichend Geschirr sehr gut ausgestattet, die Möbel scheinen etwas älter.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren zum Ironman Lanzarote auf der Insel und haben uns das Appartement ausgesucht, um vor Ort zu sein und uns selbst verpflegen zu können. Unsere Erwartungen wurden dabei vollkommen erfüllt und sogar übertroffen. Uns hat es an nix gefehlt: Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Pool zum Schwimmen/Trainieren, Balkon mit Blick auf's Meer, ruhige Anlage, sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt, Einkaufsmärkte direkt um die Ecke, kurze Wegstrecke zum Meer und sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Saubere Anlage, tolles Appartement

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in dieser Anlage. Das Appartement ist sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und hat eine top Ausstattung. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick einfach nur toll. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, insgasamt wird die Anlage sehr gut gepflegt. Liegen am Pool waren immer zubekommen. Die Lage ist 1A! Zum Strand ca. 5 min Fußweg. Einmal um die Ecke und man ist schon auf der Promenade mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Läden. Ein Spar Markt und ein kleinerer Lebensmittelmarkt ist direkt neben der Anlage. Kosmetik, Fußpflege, Friseur, Nagelstudio auch nur um die Ecke. Ausserdem finde ich die Lage PdC optimal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und hatten auch das Glück immer in direkter Nähe einen Parkplatz zubekommen. Für uns ist klar- wenn Lanzarote, dann dieses Appartement! Damit nochmals ein Dankeschön an Manfred Göbel als Vermieter! Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und prompt! 100% Weiterenpfehlung

Ganz toller Aufenthalt!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Fewo sehr genossen. Die Lage ist spitze! Trotzdem ist es ruhig und die Beschreibung stimmt absolut mit der Realität überein. Manfred ist ein ganz toller Gastgeber.
