Great place for spending a night in Pipa. We ordered a BBQ platter for cooking ourselves in the backyard coal fired grill, which was unbelievably delicious and even cheaper than buying from a local grocery store. The amenities included a private backyard pool, which probably would be nice during daytime, but a bit too cold for a night swim. We ended up not using it as we had a busy afternoon at the beach. Both rooms have working ACs and kept the rooms at perfect temperature. Make sure to bring a strong insect repellent as you’ll otherwise become a tasty snack for the mosquitos. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Pool area was very disappointing

Basically, don’t believe any of the photos. Everything is a lot more outdated. Rooms are ok, even though the beds are a little hard. The little pool area was just barely functional. The pool itself was so gross it made me gag. Had a layer of white stuff on it and a lot of sand in the bottom. I complained as soon as we got there late at night and they said the cleaning guy would come first thing in the morning to clean it up. Pool was still dirty by the time we checked out and the lady at the front desk just said I’m sorry but since we checked in after 3 (check in starts at 2, btw), when the cleaning guy ended his shift, they had no time to clean it.

We liked the family friendly atmosphere. Each apartment is in a separate house, in a well-manicured garden with barbecuing facilities. It is a short walk down to the beaches. The rooms could be a little better lit, and the air-conditioning was not very effective, but it didn't matter as we were here in the Brazilian winter (Sept). Pleasant breakfast. A stay with character.

Nice hotel centrally located

The individual villas are spacious and is of great value. It felt a bit rustic but can’t be expecting the moon for the price we paid. It’s quiet, yet centrally located. I would absolutely stay here again!

Horrible. When i got there and realized that the pictures they have on the site is not the same as you see personally i refused to stay and went to another hotel. Trying to get my money back

Wonderful Stay in Pipa

This is one of the best kept secrets in Pipa! A wonderful Hotel that it is really a full service cabin that includes refrigeration, stove, kitcken, outdoor grill and your very own pool & hammock! Just wonderful! Daily breakfast buffet served filled with eggs, sausages, cheese, fresh fruits , juices and breads along delicious Brazilian Coffee. Beautiful green areas and great guest service too.

Perfect location

The hotel is in a perfect location, just a couple of minutes walking from the center of Pipa. All the villas have a small private pool, BBQ, garden and private parking. In the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a toilet, at the first floor there are two rooms both with private toilet and terrace. The space is more than enough, but the furniture, the rooms and the toilet need a bit of maintenance more. Space for breakfast is very small. The staff is very very very kind and helpful.

Gostamos da cortesia de duas cápsulas de café espresso e um pequeno pacotinho de castanhas caramelizadas ao chegar a nosso quarto. A piscina privativa é boa, nos atendeu perfeitamente. O hotel tem tudo para ser incrível; entretanto, há alguns aspectos que deixaram a desejar, a começar pelo café da manhã. Por ser a la carte, os itens não são muito satisfatórios; faltam opções de bolos e outros quitutes doces, pois, na cesta que vem com os alimentos, só há a opção de uma fatia de bolo por pessoa, o que, inclusive, no segundo dia da minha hospedagem, estava horrível (seco e com gosto de estragado); o misto quente é feito com pão francês e não estava bom; não gostamos, definitivamente, do café da manhã. Além disso, em nosso chalé, senti falta de um espelho grande no quarto (só há espelhos nos banheiros e não mostram a imagem do corpo inteiro) e de travesseiros um pouco melhores (só tem dois travesseiros no quarto de casal e são finos). Pelo valor cobrado, deveriam atentar-se a essas questões.

Simplesmente incrível! Aconchegante, espaçoso, bem localizado (fomos para a praia e aos restaurantes a pé, mas tem uma parte em ladeira), um atendimento excepcional, meu arrependimento foi não ter reservado mais dias para que pudéssemos aproveitar mais da hospedagem. O café da manhã servido no quarto foi a parte mais amada do meu marido que não acorda muito afim de socializar, então ter essa privacidade foi ótimo.
