Hotel was clean, rooms clean except walls, beds comfortable and room was comfortable. Service was good, staff friendly, and breakfast was ok I wouldn't mind staying again.

Property is new but it is extremely run down. Carpets are nasty and room walls look the same. Room we got had a very nasty smell like sewer and hotel itself smelled extremely humid. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

The area is still under construction but overall in a good area plenty of places to shop and dine, they are about a 5-10 min drive.
