Staff was amazing Room looked fine when I opened th door as all I wanted to do was sleep, the room had no functioning heat it was set so low I couldn’t spend the night I had to book elsewhere, room was set at plus 15 maybe max ..

Clean room very old, still had paneling on the walls, old flooring, but we left after 10 min it was freezing in the room, and no way to raise the thermostat locked at 90 do not recommend

The room was not in good condition. The images online did not match the premise. The room that we reserved had broken windows. Thankfully the manager quickly "cleaned" a different room for us. I still had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies for the tub and floors. Generally the place is run down and poorly careed for. In the week that we stayed there the manager was the only person we saw working there. The front office was piled with laundry in different states of cleanliness. If we had been given a immediate refund we would have gone somewhere else.

I think room required total renovation and all electrical equipment. Tv doesn't work, heater doesn't work, kettle needs to be replaced, either table lamp doesn't work.

Miserable….dirty floors, unemptied garbage and butt disposal outside the door of the unit, spaghetti wires around plugins for multiple appliances, needed a good scrub, paint job and some basic maintenance.

the owner lied, there was no lights or power in the bath room area, some. other people lost all of the power in their room.. most have no heat.

Very old

Checkin was in the laundry room and not able to process payment as system was down Room was dirty and in disrepair. Baseboard heater cover off and full of dirt, windows broken, trim laying on the floor, garbage bag in front of room 4’ from garbage can. Mattress was well past replacement date, no Kleenex, soap & shampoo dispensers near empty.

This property is definitely not what i expercted and shouldn't be in expedia listing. Certainly not up to your standerds.
Fire hazard, cold damp room without heat. Only dovet cover with big burnt hole in it. Shower head sprayed everywhere but on me. Checked out after fist night and would expect 2 nights refund.
