Villa Blanka is located in the greenery of the Istrian town of Kringa. This luxurious villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is designed for a maximum of 8 guests. It is characterized by a modern and elegant exterior design, complete with decorative stone. It will be an ideal choice if you are in search of a luxurious vacation in a peaceful environment.



The villa has an area of 350 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large, bright room consisting of a living room with a dining room and a kitchen. There are sofas and armchairs in the living room, and the dining table seats 8, making the space ideal for gatherings. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an island that provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Warm, earthy colors combined with yellow and black dominate the space, and numerous windows and doors provide unobstructed views of the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. All rooms are air conditioned.



There are 4 bedrooms in the villa, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. Each room has its own private bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. All rooms are furnished with double beds in a sophisticated pastel turquoise color. 3 rooms on the first floor have access to a shared balcony, while the room on the ground floor has access to an outdoor terrace. All bathrooms are equipped with toiletries.



Villa Blanka has a 1500 m² garden with a 50 m² hydro-massage pool, a covered terrace with a dining table and a barbecue. Since it is ideal for relaxing, cooking and socializing, we believe that the outdoor terrace will be a favorite meeting place at any time of the day. In addition to the outdoor wellness area, this villa also offers an indoor wellness area with a hydro massage jacuzzi for 4 people. Exercise equipment and bicycles are available for gym lovers and active vacationers, and for those who want to have fun, there are darts and board games.



Villa Blanka is located just a few kilometers from the medieval town of Pazin and half an hour's drive from the tourist pearls of Rovinj and Poreč.
