Tiny home feels like a cottage with modern décor. Tiny home has all the functions as a "big home". Living room, Kitchen, full bathroom with laundry. 2 bedrooms. 525sf. - Primary bedroom with queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom can be used as an office, 2nd sitting room or bedroom with sofa bed (double size).
Located in a quaint village, Allardville. 4 kms from the known "Aux 4 coins" where its a popular pit stop for fueling and corner/liquor store. Also popular for the trails users like side-by-sides, 4 wheelers, snow mobiles because the trails are nearby. *Parking at my friend in Allardville for your vehicle and trailer for direct access to trail may be available, verify with Nicole.*
Only 21 minutes from Bathurst offering the big cities amenities like Walmart, Canadian Tire, fast foods restaurants, etc... 35 minutes from Tracadie and 38 minutes to Miramichi.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Please empty all trash and place in the garbage/recycling bins beside the home (driveway side). Bags are under the kitchen sink.
• Wash all dishes used • Place all used towels in the bathtub and bed linens if possible
• Turn off lights • Close front blinds and door curtain • Lock door and windows
