La habitación es lo que se necesita para tener una buena estancia, las cobijas abrigadoras para el tiempo de frío aunque si hace mucho viento si se cuela por la ventana ya que no sella correctamente, el baño no tenía un olor muy agradable por la cañería, posiblemente falten trampas de olor, las instalaciones parecen bastante nuevas. No recomendable para personas con dificultades de movilidad debido a que todo es por escaleras, si no quieres cansarte mucho solicita las habitaciones con los números del 1 al 10. La vista hacia la montaña es hermosa y está prácticamente a la vuelta de la Villa Claus y a muy pocas cuadras del centro por lo que todo te queda muy cerca. En temporada Alta es posible que no encuentres estacionamiento fácilmente.

La ubicación es más que excelente. Esta a solo 30 metros de la Villa de Santa Claus. Muy cerca de todos los puntos de interés en Tlapujahua. Las instituciones del hotel son formidables, muy acogedoras. Las habitaciones son muy buenas. Como todo, con detalles, pero nada grave. Me cuelco a hospedar si duda alguna. Eso si, debo decir que no hay Estacionamiento disponible. Tienes que dejar tu auto en zonas aledañas, pero es muy tranquilo, no pasa nada.

La habitación estaba muy fría, sería conveniente que ofreciera. Calefactores. los insumos como papel de baño y jabón muy restringidos. No había perchero ni nada para colgar la ropa. El servicio de restaurante del hotel no estaba en servicio. Pero el agua caliente estuvo excelente

Personal muy amable, muy bien ubicado, las instalaciones en general muy bonitas, bastante bien para el precio. Pésimo internet, en el baño el ventilador parecía que iba a explotar, la TV nunca se vió bien, la cama muy dura, no hay estacionamiento.
