Bad service

There was a scorpion in our room. Had to call several times to get an answer from front desk. They offered to switch the room but told us if we found another scorpion in the new room they wouldn’t do anything. No TV remote.

Great option in Tlalpajuhua

Our room was HUGE. It was actually larger than our home. 😂 The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. No critters were in the room. Everything else was a bonus. My only complaint was that the touristic aspect of the town was practically shut down during the week. That was disappointing.

Visit to santas village

Right in the center with parking which made it very convenient. Room was large. Bathroom bit antiquated but very clean. Linens were fine. Did not eat at the restaurant so no opinion of that.

Habitaciones limpias, todo el lugar está limpio. De las personas que nos recibieron uno fue muy amable, un señor pero la señora que al día siguiente estuvo en recepción fue poco amable cuando le hice algunas preguntas. Es un lugar muy bonito, muy recomendable para las familias.
