Title: Disappointing stay due to safety and maintenance issuesReview:Upon arrival, the driveway and entryway were completely covered in snow and ice, even though it had snowed more than a week earlier. The entrance we were required to use was very slippery, creating safety concerns when entering the property.Inside, the condition of the home did not match the photos or description provided online. The bathrooms showed visible maintenance issues, including rust on the convectors, holes in the walls and ceiling, dim lighting, and tubs that flooded during showers. Several fixtures were damaged, including broken shower doors, unpainted plastering, damaged closet doors, and broken towel racks.We had planned to use the grill, and this was discussed prior to arrival. However, the entire outdoor area, including the back porch, was covered in snow, and the grill was buried and inaccessible, despite mild temperatures during the weekend.We contacted the owner regarding the snow and icy conditions and were told someone would come by the following day, but this did not occur. We were informed that salt and a shovel were available, which required us to address the conditions ourselves.Our family had planned a relaxing weekend getaway, but due to the safety concerns and overall condition of the property, the stay did not meet our expectations. This review reflects our personal experience during this booking.
