The room was clean and had nice amenities. The staff was courteous and helpful. For the price, this was a nice stay and it was easy for us to get to and from Tokyo Disney resorts (using ride services). That being said, the room was the smallest we have stayed in (even in Japan) and our bed was situated in a way that made it challenging for two people to get in and out of. Consider paying more for a premium room. Also, skip the breakfast here; there are plenty of other places nearby to get something better for the dam price or less.

Pros: Room was clean Grateful for the amenities Walking distance to many stores Cons: Very small (but i mean i knew that) Not enough toilet paper Wasnt sure to ask the staff but i was gettin back late and kept forgetting AC not working ( however, i noticed on last day that the TV shows that its adjusted by them and was on heater the whole time. I was hot i had to keep the windows open and my kid got sick

This hotel is located conveniently near the train station, it was literally 5 minute walk away and there was great food places next to it. There was also a plenty of convenient stores and a Mc Donald’s close by to in just in case because the shops and local restaurants near by close pretty early. The staff were great and very friendly at check in and spoke great English. Our room was small as we expected but was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the AC was working very well but being able to open the window helped it. Fairly far from Disney and other places but if you don’t mind the train ride then it’s worth staying here. I would definitely stay again.
