The room was small but had everything you needed - there were brilliant free toiletries and the bed was really comfy. The only thing was that the room was boiling hot, and you couldn’t adjust the temperature (as it’s controlled at reception) or open the window.

The hotel is relatively new and modern. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The linens are changed every 3 days, and towels daily. There is a grocery and Walgreen front-end store combined very close by. 5 minute walk to the nearest train station.

Great hotel, not too far from Ueno station (around 20mn walks), very comfy bed, all you need in the room. Only inconvenient is there is only one elevator and no stairs. So even if you want to take the stairs, you can't, its not. So don't leave at 10am for the checkout, at the same time than everyone... Otherwise, great litte hotel !
