Pro: very close to Ikebukuro station, 7 eleven just downstairs, many great places for food, 4 washing machines/dryer at the reception level Cons: very dark inside the hotel, very small room for king size bed plus one extra bed, they didn’t even bother to put bed sheet on the extra spring bed (kids probably ok to sleep on this kind of bed, but not adult), bath towels are very small, more like hand towel, bathroom is very tiny and low, uou you have to get your own amenities such as toothbrush, cotton buds from reception level so a bit inconvenient, only have 2 lifts and each is very small

Perfect location for Ikebukuro, central but out of the main area. Very walkable and well placed for walking in several directions. Yamanote line was easily accessible. Lots of dining options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 7-11 underneath was very convenient for grabbing a snack when leaving or returning!

Fantastic service by every single staff member at the hotel. Close and convenient to main train station. Rooms are on the smaller size especially if travelling with a larger family. There is only one laundry room and you might need to wait to get access to it. Lots of dining options around the hotel premises.

We really liked the proximity of the hotel to the transportation. We easily explored tokyo for a few days. The staff was very helpfull and bilingual. However, we found a cockroach in the hotel and there was mold in the washroom.
