With access to the Ginza Line, Asakusa Line, Tobu Line, and Tsukuba Express, you can easily reach anywhere in Tokyo.

Haneda Airport is also about 1 hour away, making it convenient for both sightseeing and business travel.

Futons will only be fully set up if the maximum number of guests is reserved. Towels are provided only for the number of guests in your reservation.



For cleaning preparation, we do not accept luggage storage, early check-in, or late check-out.



Please strictly follow check-in and check-out times. Unauthorized late check-out will incur an additional charge equivalent to one night’s stay.



Only registered guests are allowed to stay.



Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. Please refrain from smoking in front of the building as it may disturb neighbors.



Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering the room.



Parties are not allowed.



Pets are not allowed.



The balcony is dangerous for small children. Please do not allow them to approach.



Please note that accommodation is only possible through reservations made on Airbnb.



Please cooperate with garbage separation (burnable, non-burnable, recyclable, bulky waste).



If you have bulky waste, please contact us in advance.



Do not take any items from the room outside.



Please keep quiet after 10:00 PM.



For long-term reservations (over 1 month), since no deposit is required, you will be asked to sign a "Fixed-Term Building Lease Contract" and an "Equipment Confirmation Form" (responsibility for repairs).



According to the Hotel Business Law, we are obliged to report guest information to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. All guests are required to submit the following documents:

Occupation



Copy of passport information page (with photo)



Once we receive the above information, we will send you the House Guide, which includes:



Directions from the airport to the nearest station



Directions from the nearest station to the property (with photos)



How to collect the keys and enter the room



How to use the room and facilities

-I may not be able to meet guest directly because I have a job. I'd be glad that if we could meet in person and have a coffee together (if time allows).
