The location is very convenient near shops and restaurants, Sugaml station is two blocks away, so I was able to go anywhere in Tokyo. Cleanliness was ok. I never saw an employee, check in and check out were made on an ipad

The place was dusty and I kept sneezing. Also the wall are thin I can hear the people in the next room. Place is nearby to a train station and convience store which was nice. But there was no staff at the front even though it said that there would be one.

The only good thing about this hotel is very close to JR station. Just 2 minutes walk. There is a few steps before entering the hotel. It is so inconvenient for travellers. The room is messy. The carpet is really dirty. No matter how many days you stay, there is NO cleaning service during the stay. You have to buy your own rubbish bag and throw away by yourself. No towel will be changed. You have to buy toilet paper and face tissue by yourself when they used up. There is no counter that you can ask for help.

아예 무인 호텔입니다. 너무나도 불편해요. 첨부터 무인인줄 알았더라면 안 왔을 겁니다. 체크인전에 짐 맡기러왔는데 아무도 없었고 청소도 없고 수건 교환같은건 상상도 못했네요. 마지막 날에도 짐을 맡길 수도 없어서 체크아웃 전 날에 그냥 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 위치는 좋았는데, 서비스나 편의성, 청결성 등은 두 번 다시 안찾을 수준이었습니다.

良かったところは、便利な場所（山手線駅からすぐ）、部屋の広さ（かなり広い）、シャワーの水圧、ウォッシュレット、コインランドリー（2台）。悪いところは、テレビが20インチくらいで小さく、斜めから見ると見づらい、旧式の液晶で、ベッドに寝転ぶと、よく見えなかったこと。注意点は、バスタオルはあるが、タオルと歯ブラシは無いので、別途用意する必要あることや、チェックイン手順と、ホテルや部屋の出入り手順はちょっと面倒なこと（すぐ慣れるでしょう）
