The room was great, very spacious and well-suited to a family. In particular, the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable - this point alone would make me stay again. However, the one letdown in the room was the fridge - it is actually set at too low a temperature, so anything left overnight starts to freeze. A bit strange. Also, when checking in, the staff member asked me for some kind of "token" for my baggage, which was supposed to match a token he had in his possession. I had no idea what he was talking about and was never given a token, having come straight from Haneda airport via taxi. He didn't seem able to comprehend that I had no token. It was a very bizarre conversation and his confusion caused me much confusion as well. Apart from this the staff were generally professional and of course courteous.

Very clean and 2 mins from bus and train station lots of shoos and restaurants would definitely stay there again
