I stayed at Hotel MyStays Premier Omori and was quite disappointed with my experience. Although it is rated as a 4-star hotel, it did not feel like one. The toilet feature in our room did not work properly, and there were no coffee sachets or basic amenities provided. The buffet breakfast and lunch were terrible with very limited choices and poor food quality. The service was average and the staff were not very attentive. The only positive was the location, as Omori Station was within walking distance and the area felt nice and safe. I would not stay here again.

Staff is very helpful rooms are a good size compared to other hotels in Japan that’s the reason why I have stayed here 3 years in a row. Train station is in walking distance easy to get to Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku and there’s a convenience store right across the street for late night snacks 😊

The room was descent and we had a king size bed. I would stay here again for the room size especially if I’ll come with family. The bathroom was descent and expected it to be tiny. The only complaint is the toilet rim is a bit dirty. Seen stains and a little musty smell.

The room was comfortable, however they gave us a handicap room so the bathroom was set up for a person in a wheelchair I got a bruise in my leg from the bar on the toilet till I figured out to take it out of the way the shower is also made for someone in a wheelchair so needless to say water was everywhere because the shower curtain was next to the toilet but it was big but again water everywhere. Customer service is awful. When we arrived and asked if we could leave our bags because it was still early the lady at the front desk in a not so nice way “pay for the lockers put your bags in there it’s too early to check in” and just walks away. not my first time in Japan and they have always kept our bags till it was time to check in. I have travel to many places and hotels hold bags. Came back hours later to check in and there were three people at the counter and they told us we had to check ourselves in on the computer the only thing they did for us was hand us the keys. If you want toiletries they are in front of the hotel entrance you walk in and grab whatever you want or need from there very tacky. At checkout samething not a very friendly staff basically just took the keys and we walked out. There’s no coffee or water in the room or in the hotel there’s no restaurant in the hotel all you get is a room less than the basics. The hotel is over priced for what you get and the lack of common courtesy is crazy. The area is ok close to the train. For the price pick a better hotel

Airport shuttle was a plus, but breakfast was very limited on time. Starts 7 to 9:30 only. Hours says 7 to 10am, but they actually close at 9:30 because you cannot enter at 9:30

The property is advertised as 4 star but in reality it is 3 star (over priced and not value for money) no better than an equivalent Travel Lodge lacks in a lounge where in the evenings if you wanted to rest have coffee play card games with family or just chill there is nothing to do in the surrounding area the nearest amenities such as shops and restaurants 15 to 20 mins away the train station is a bit of a trek as well
