Clean spacious rooms!! Staff is friendly and provide great customer service. Location is good, about 5 mins from stations. Breakfast and dinner buffets were good. Made it easy since a lot of restaurants don’t open until 10/11am. Also 7-11 and Family Mart are literally across the street. So convenient!!

The space of the room is clean and very generous sized for a Tokyo hotel. The hotel is convenient with a few restaurants in the hotel. It's not located in the busiest areas which is good for those who prefer quieter surroundings. But subway stations are nearby for easy access. Only negative thing is there is a faint smell which drifts through the room occasionally which might be from the river nearby.

Room was spacious and clean. Good soundproofing, no one complained although my 3 kids were quite noisy. Free wifi throughout the stay, useful for my kids who play iPad games every night. Convenient location with Family Mart right at door step. Many eateries along the streets nearby for easy meals. Will come again next time. My wife and kids like it. We stayed in a Family room with 2 single beds and 2 double beds. It also has a dining table and 4 chairs, good to bring food back to eat. My kids love the bath tub which is a separate room from the toilet. No free breakfast though, need to pay. Near to two MRT stations. Suidobashi and Lidabashi.

We were extremely disappointed with our second stay. We paid a significant amount for two rooms, yet the amenities were very basic for the price. While a few staff members truly went above and beyond, others were noticeably unhelpful and unwelcoming. The breakfast buffet was the same every single day and consistently overcrowded. On multiple days, we weren’t even able to use the breakfast vouchers that we paid for, and of course there was no refund offered. If you arrive around 8:30 a.m., staff repeatedly remind you that breakfast closes at 10 a.m.—to the point where it becomes uncomfortable and rushed. Housekeeping was also frustrating. We were told service would start at 10 a.m., yet we received knocks as early as 9:30 a.m. When we returned three hours later, our room had barely been cleaned. This was our second stay—we came back because we enjoyed our first visit. Unfortunately, for the price, the lack of amenities, constant fees, and overall inconvenience make it not worth returning.

Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont. The staff was very friendly and I loved the location. It is across the street from a family mart, which made it very easy for late night food runs or early mornings for a quick breakfast. It is also a short walk to the train station (about 5 mins), which was very convenient. The area is away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, which I enjoyed because of how quiet and relaxing it was. The rooms are small and cozy, but the beds have space underneath to fit luggage. Definitely recommend for your next Japan trip!

Beautiful restaurant. Plenty of Japanese and Western choices. Hotel guests cost is only Y2900. Less expensive to pay at hotel as opposed to booking room with breakfast.

The room is amazing as is has everything you need: large range of amenities, adjustable air conditioning temperature from 18 to 22 degrees, bottled water every day and a little but roomy fridge. You have space under the bed to store your big luggage. You get a clean and comfortable pijama every day. Location is great, quite handy for everything you need to do in Tokyo, very nice restaurants in the area and a Family Mart, convenience store, just across from the hotel, open 24 hours. Highly recommended!
