Beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. The room was quite large and very comfortable with a fantastic view. Lots of amenities. Hotel complex is huge and offers lots of dining options, convenience store, shopping etc. Location is great especially if you want easy access to Shinjuku, Shibuya etc. but don’t want to be right in the thick of it. Everything is close.

I loved the retro feel, and I loved the gardens. Also, having a small market and restaurants on the property was really convenient. Lastly, being able to take an airport bus to Narita from the hotel was a huge plus!

The Japanese gardens that they highlight on the website are even better in person and actually made many of the other local gardens look boring and a bit run down. The hotel is also very nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! They really cared about helping you out! Good location though you did have to travel a little for food options outside of the hotel.

Amazing beautiful Stay

I booked this room for a friend, I have a second room booked for me. Everything in and outside ( especially the Garden) is phantatic, excellent. I have really enjoyed my stay and my friend saud the same. We are sad to leave, but for sure we will come back. Also i am very positive about the japanese guests, which are very polite, quite, well dressed. This makes a stay also more attractive. The location of the hotel is also very good , some minutes to walk you have the next Metro station but also Garden, Shrine and a good Restaurant area nearby. ( hotel Restaurants are also excellent).
