This property is very convenient if you are going to any of the Tokyo Disney areas. The monorail is right across the street and direct access to Disneyland and DisneySea. The hotel is safe and easy to walk around. Very clean and comfortable!!

Lovely rooms - huge range of amenities and tonnes of free toiletries, friendly helpful staff. So close to Bayside station so great option for Disney. Beds are very hard.

Fantastic and very helpful staff. Rooms are huge, well maintained and comfortable. Hotel is easily walkable from Bayside Station (5 minute walk), there's a free bus every 10 minutes or so. All luggage sent via Yamoto to the hotel was waiting in our room for us.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities were great and the room was huge. Easy to get to from the airport via the limousine bus and easy to get to the Disney parks.

The staff were outstanding!!! The cleanliness…impeccable!! The beds were awful, felt like you were sleeping on a box spring. The food was also lacking, restaurant convenience was very limited, making it necessary to hop a bus and go elsewhere. The bus, however, was also very convenient. Overall, if you are going to Disney, this hotel is a perfect location with great transportation. If you want to see anything else in Tokyo, it was really a journey.
