I would recommend this stay!

The room was unbelievably clean, and modern whilst being bigger than most rooms in Tokyo. The location isn’t the best for tourists wanting to visit Tokyo as you are required to take 20 minute to an hour long bus or train to the heart of the city (places you would most likely visit like Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc). Although you got a lovely mall close by and many other smaller attractions.

I stayed here solo for 6 nights, room was super clean and was very comfortable. As a woman traveling alone I get paranoid at times so it was nice that it was quiet and in a good area. I especially liked the air conditioning being as cold as I liked, since I need the room to be quite cold in order to sleep comfortably, and Tokyo has been super hot. The staff were also super friendly and I tried the onsen at the spa which was also very relaxing and a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It offers free shuttle from and to Haneda airport, which is so convenient and helpful to hotel guests. Excellent customer service, great location, walking distance from Ariake station where you can easily get to city center. Hotel staff was super friendly and always willing to help. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The mall of Ariake Garden is connected to the hotel. We visited Tokyo for a week and ate dinner there almost daily, just different restaurants at the food court, and they were all excellent and tasty. We never had a bad meal there, and some restaurants offer a 5% discount for hotel guests so make sure you pay attention to the signs when making payments. Rooms are spotless clean and pajamas are provided. The onsen at the hotel is so nice, although for a fee. We'll definitely consider staying there again when visiting Tokyo area in the future.

For an American family of 4, the room with two full beds was extremely small with no chairs. They had extra mattress for the floor but not comfortable at all. Some staff had so much attitude while some smiled. The pool and Sauna is extra charge and doesn't come with hotel amenities. The hotel room had a nice view of the Tokyo city. It's about 20 minutes taxi ride from Ginza and or Tokyo station and 25 minutes from Haneda airport. Ariake shopping mall was next door and had many good shops and lots of restaurants on the 5th floor. That's was helpful for last minute shopping. Nice hotel but small rooms.
