This is my second time staying at this property. Extremely convenient for my needs--close to Shimbashi, Daimon and Hamamatsucho Stations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Free breakfast and proximity to kombini, helps me get my day started off right. I am looking forward to my next stay.

We stayed there for four nights. The room was very dark and small and there were spots that weren't very clean. However, their amenities were of very good quality and the bed was comfortable. Expensive but it is very close to Tokyo station/Ginza and walking distance from Tokyo tower. There are also some nice restaurants nearby. Their free breakfast bread was nice - we were given three bread each every day with free drinks available all day at the lobby. Wish they take more care in cleaning the room and washing machines.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I also loved the free drink bar in the lounge, and the location was super convenient!

I like most the clealiness of the property and availability of the staff. While for the location just 10 min walk to Shimbashi commercial area. Also accessible to two line stations (Onarimon and Asakusa) that within 7 to 10 min walk.

My first time in Japan and I feel I picked the perfect hotel from the start! Price was affordable for my one week stay, absolutely loved the area, and when we were hungry there were multiple konbini and restaurants around not to mention the famous Hekkelun was a small walk away! Business area so in the morning it was quiet and at night, still quiet but just a street over you see all the izakayas filled with the people from the morning! I am definitely staying here again next year for 2 weeks this time!
