The cleanliness of the room was great.Room service cleaning always left the room spotless and help when I left the room in a mess and put my thing neat and organized. Wonderful stay in Tokyo JR-EAST Mets.

Very good experience to stay here for 7 days. Good location for traffic to both side of Tokyo area and good connection to NRT airport too. BTW, train station location is also wonderful. Just few minute walk to connect Hotel and convenient store.

Very pleasant stay. This is a very convenient neighborhood for me when I come to Tokyo and the hotel is extremely convenient - right next to the JR line and the Tokyo Metro line. Clean, well kept, more spacious room than usual. Surprisingly quiet. Supplies you can choose yourself rather than stuff being brought to you that you don’t need. Courteous staff. This was my wife and I’s first trip to Japan and staying here made it very easy and welcoming. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and treated us very well. There’s a Dennys downstairs on the second floor conveniently located for breakfast, and the Komagome station was right there as well. It was perfect!
