The location was amazing, super close to Shibuya station so we could easily get anywhere. The room was small but comfy and clean. The bed was very very comfortable and cozy. The staff organized our luggage transfer for us. The only thing we needed to do was show them the address where to send the luggage and they filled out all the paperwork.

Good place to stay

It has a great location at the southern end of Shibuya station. It's near the South gate which is convenient for many JR lines and the Narita express. It's very convenient for getting to Harajuku and Shinjuku. The staff was very helpful with check in and luggage forwarding to Narita. The room was large for Japan - more like a western style hotel. Beds were comfortable enough for a few nights. The bathroom was clean and was fine.

The location of this hotel is fantastic and the property is beautiful. The check in system is interesting, there is a person there to help but the process is done on a kiosk. It’s right on the Shibuya station so super easy to get to other parts of Tokyo. My only complaint about my stay is the breakfast. Most of the options are fish based and more what feels like a lunch dishes than breakfast. You have to pay extra for the breakfast and they don’t allow refunds. I tried eating there two mornings and just gave up. Other than that though, I loved staying here and would stay there again.

Great location, literally connected to Shibuya Station and the Shibuya Sky building. Lots of restaurants and coffee within walking distance. Short walk to the Scramble and Hachikō Square. Easy to jump on the train or grab a taxi. Very helpful front desk staff, easy check-in and check-out process. Room was the largest we had in Japan, and was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
