The room size and overall the service were great. But I believe there is room to improve the quality of the breakfast.. We visited de Aurora bar and the view was Amazing but they failed to clean the tables after people finished their meal for more than one hour.. The best thing about the hotel is LOCATION!! Well connected to subway, trains, shopping and restaurants. And be prepared, just a few employees can speak or understand the basic of English..

We stayed here for three nights and had a room with a view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, along with lounge access. The view was spectacular from both the room and the lounge. Surprisingly, even the laundry room on the 19th floor of the South Tower offers a fantastic view. The check-in process was seamless. We shipped our luggage via Yamato from a prior hotel in Osaka, and everything was ready upon arrival—including additional backpacks we dropped off in the morning while we spent the day at DisneySea. The hotel is beautiful, the room was spotless, and every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We were truly impressed with the level of service at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo. At one point, I asked a reception attendant where we should wait for the airport limousine bus, and he personally walked me all the way to the bus stop to show me. That level of care and attention was exceptional. Thank you Keio fir a wonderful stay.

We paid SGD7,216 for a room, incl. breakfast, for 8 nights and 4 adults (About SGD900/night). It's our 1st time staying here and we booked it because the location is excellent. However, we were shock to know that anyone can just take the lift at out tower to access to all level. There's no card security scan in the lift to prevent non-guest from going up. When we asked the front desk, they told us that there's another tower with card security scan in the lift but the room there is more expensive. Hello!!! SGD900/night is not cheap!!! I was so disgusted that they made us feel like a lower class guest in the hotel. Are they telling us that we have to pay more for security? Moreover, there's no highlight in Expedia on the differences of card security scan in the lift. The room was old-fashion. The wardrobe door was not able to close tight. The bed was hard and the pillow was very soft. The toilet door was making noises when we opened and closed it. The front desk refused to book airport transfer for us. This will be the only time we are staying there. We will not recommend to friends and relatives.
