I like the location and amenities of this hotel. It's in a quiet neighborhood but is still easy to get to the main drag. The kitchen and washing machine are awesome. It has a microwave, rice cooker, and toaster oven. I used the kitchen every day to make breakfast. There are combini close by.

Fantastic. This was so wonderful for a family of 4 (kids ages 10 and 11). This was walking distance of the metro and convenient to tourist destinations throughout Tokyo. The hotel was wonderfully clean, well sized, and we loved the easy access to laundry. We would stay here again

The area under the Sobu line has a lot of small restaurants and there is plenty to explore in the immediate neighbourhood. There is also a great coffee shop around the corner (Egoland Cafe) for travellers who want real coffee instead of drinking canned vending machine coffee every day.

Room is for 6 people not 8 . Wrong description

Its at great location. Staff is hit or miss but overall good staff. We booked for 8 people. Added age of kids. They gave us 6 beds and expected 11 and 12 year old to sleep with parents. After discussion and staff's hesitation they gave one more fouton (floor mat). On hotel. Com its written sleeps 8.
