We booked the Superior Family Room. The room was clean but the toilet design was crap. We really don't like the toilets where the sink to wash hands is right above the toilet (behind the seat) and only turns on when you flush. The location was pretty good. It's one stop from Akihabara and one station from Asakusa. It's a good base if you're focusing on that part of Tokyo. The primary reason for choosing this hotel was because it could accommodate 3 people at a good price point.

the room was spacious and clean. The washer/dryer was very helpful. I didn't use the kitchen. The beds were hard. The hotel was in great location close to metro, restaurant, shops. Had a good experience.

Excellent apartment. Quite big with laundry in the room. Very nice employees. We forgot our phone cables and they were nice enough to send them to us to Kyoto. I recommend that gem to anybody who likes big, safe, clean, and modern space during their stay.

Clean room and nice staff. Akihabara is in walkable distance and there are multiple stations pretty close too. There are multiple convenience stores in a few minutes of walking and lots of restaurants too. We would definitely stay again.

Stay at another Monday hotel (nibonashi) before. Overall , this is not as good as my previous hotel. The reason being: 1) it’s not as clean (eg shelf above the washing machine has dirt ; the oven and bowl has food bits from previous stays. 2) the staff is friendly just don’t really see them around. Still recommended to stay as it’s near to many eateries , convenience stall and train station. It’s also value for money with big spaces.

We are a family of 4 and recently stayed in the Grand Japanese room and it was great. Had plenty of space which is rare in Japan. Was also close within a few minutes walking to the train station as well as restaurants. Had a Lawson downstairs and two other supermarkets across the road. In a quiet neighbourhood also. I would highly recommend.

Clean room. Very friendly staff. Great location. We are a family of 5 and we enjoyed our stay. The room was big enough for us. Laundry was very helpful for us since its inside our room. We did laundry while we explore Japan, then came back with clean clothes. The bathroom was very spacious. We love our stay. If we come back in Japan, definitely staying here again. ❤️❤️❤️
