room is spotless, very comfortable, breakfast are varieties so delicious. Cleaning people are great just put your sign by the door ,when you come back everything are so clean. Staff are always smiling , Iwant to give more than 5 star with this hotel. Also stores are just cross the street and train station is few steps away.

Best stay we have had in a very long time. Super clean, friendly atmosphere, close to the airport and train. Would 20/10 stay again. US outlets and beautiful delicious dine in restaurant. Only thing I hope they adjust is the shuttle times. Other than that I recommend for sure staying here.

Beautiful spacious clean rooms and fantastic location, 7-11, Lawson and supermarket are right opposite and the train station is a 5 minute walk. Great and efficient complimentary shuttle bus to and from haneda airport which was brilliant in ensuring we had an easy journey arriving and departing without rushing. Rooms are fully stocked with amenities and you can ask the reception for toiletries such as a cleanser or face wash - the staff were very helpful and lovely! Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable. We stayed here 2 nights before leaving Japan and enjoyed our stay. The shuttle is super easy to get to on the backside of the hotel. Loved having the nespresso machine in the room. Especially since the lobby bar is closed in the later morning at least. Would have been nice if it was open for us to get an espresso there and/or a cocktail before heading out. Overall, very nice hotel!

Very clean, comfortable and quiet stay. Ambiance is sophisticated. Buffet breakfast was excellent and suitable for vegans.
Decor to demarcate floor # just outside elevators.

My room was beautiful, comfortable and worth it. My only sadness were the distance to Narita airport and that i didn't stay longer. It is a beautiful experience and i will definitely visit again.
